- Los Angeles vs. The Continent: Branham spoke about the punishment of Los Angeles, but he did not specifically mention ‘fire accidents.’ I used Ezekiel 39:6 as my basis for predicting fire. While he named only one city, I referred to the entire American continent in ‘The End of the Present Age.’
- Fire upon the Isles: The scripture says, “I will send fire on Magog and on those who live in security in the coastlands (islands).” Geographically, the American continent (North and South) is surrounded by water, much like islands. Therefore, I spoke about the whole continent. Branham did not speak of the entire USA, nor did he specify that the destruction would be caused by fire.
- A Multitude of Calamities: These fire accidents are just the beginning. I predicted earthquakes, floods, and various other disasters that would weaken America. By the time Russia and Magog invade Israel, America will be in such a state of collapse that it will be unable to provide any assistance to Israel.
- For the Credibility of the Bible: I did not share these predictions to establish my status as a prophet. In fact, in my sermons, I stated these things to non-Christians so they would realize the Bible is true. My goal was to establish the credibility of the Word of God so that people would believe and come to baptism, not to glorify myself.
