- A New Creation: Just as God created human blood from scratch for Adam, He created a fresh, pure human bloodline within the embryo in Mary’s womb.
- God’s Own Blood: God is Spirit and doesn’t have biological blood. However, He calls it ‘His own blood’ (Acts 20:28) because He specially created it for the purpose of atonement. It did not originate from Adam.
- Pure Humanity: He is 100% man because He had a human body, but His blood was sinless because it bypassed the Adamic infection. The Creator who made blood for Adam can certainly make it again for His Son.
- Precious Blood: This uniqueness is what makes His blood ‘precious’ and powerful enough to wash away the sins of the world.
