- 🚫 వ్యక్తిగత రక్షణ బాధ్యత: అసలు మీరు ఇందులో రెండు ఇష్యూస్ (Issues) రైజ్ చేశారు. మన విజ్ఞాపనముల వలన గతించిన మన పితరులకు ఏమైనా రక్షణ కలుగుతుందా? అది అసలు కలగనే కలగదు. ఎవరి రక్షణకు వాళ్లే బాధ్యులు. వాళ్ళు బతికి ఉన్నప్పుడు రక్షణ పొందితే పొందినట్టు, లేకపోతే నిత్యత్వం అంతా వాళ్ళు దారిదప్పి పోయినట్టే.
- 💰 10 లక్షల ఉదాహరణ: చచ్చిపోయినోళ్ళ కొరకు మనం ఏదైనా చేయగలిగేది ఉంటే, మనము జీవితాంతం ఇష్టానుసారంగా విచ్చలవిడిగా పాపం చేసి బతుకొచ్చు. ఎవడికైనా ఒక 10 లక్షలు ఇచ్చి – “నేను వెళ్ళిపోయిన తర్వాత నా కొరకు ప్రార్థన చేయరా” అని నియమించి వెళ్ళిపోవచ్చు. ఇక అట్లాంటప్పుడు మరి అందరం రక్షణ పొందుతాము, మన తర్వాత 10 లక్షలు తీసుకొని అందరూ ప్రార్థన చేస్తారు. కనుక “నేడే రక్షణ దినము, అనుకూల సమయము” అనే వచనాల అవసరం లేదు. అది చాలా తప్పు అభిప్రాయం.
- 🧬 పితరుల శాపం – అపోహ మాత్రమే: ఇక రెండో విషయం – మన పితరులు చాలా బలమైన విగ్రహారాధన చేశారు, అన్య దేవతలను ఆరాధించారు గనుక మనము ఇలాంటి శోధనలు ఎదుర్కొంటున్నాము అనేది కూడా తప్పు. ఎందుకు అని అంటే – వాళ్ళకి మనకు ఏ సంబంధము లేదు.
- 🛡️ నూతన సృష్టి (New Creation): రెండో కోరింథీ పత్రిక ఐదవ అధ్యాయము 17వ వచనం ప్రకారం – “కాగా ఎవడైనను క్రీస్తునందు ఉన్న యెడల వాడు నూతన సృష్టి, పాతవి గతించెను, ఇదిగో క్రొత్తవాయెను.” గనుక ఇక మనం కొత్త సృష్టి. మన పితరులు విగ్రహారాధన చేసి ఉండొచ్చు, ఎన్ని దేవతలనైనా మొక్కి ఉండొచ్చు.. వాళ్ళ కడుపున పుట్టినటువంటి మనము బాప్తిస్మ సమయంలో చచ్చిపోయాము, పాతి పెట్టబడ్డాము. ఆ చరిత్ర పరిసమాప్తమైపోయింది. ఆ ఫోటోలో చూస్తే ఆ మొఖం మన ముఖం ఒకలాగే ఉంది తప్ప, మనం వేరే మనిషి. మనం న్యూ క్రియేషన్.
- 🏰 దైవిక వంశావళి: మనం డైరెక్ట్ (Direct) గా తండ్రి అయిన దేవుని కడుపున పుట్టినోళ్ళం. మన తండ్రులు, తాతల మీద ఉన్న శాపం మనకు రాదు. తండ్రి అయిన దేవుని మీద ఏమన్నా ఉంటే మనకు వస్తది, ఆయన మీద అయితే ఏం శాపం లేదు కదా! గనుక మన జీనియాలజీ (Genealogy), మన వంశావళి ఇది తండ్రి అయిన దేవుని నుంచి మనం వచ్చాము.
- 📖 దేవుని వలన పుట్టిన వారు: యోహాను సువార్త 1:13 ప్రకారం – “వారు దేవుని వలన పుట్టిన వారే గానీ రక్తము వలన గానీ, శరీరేచ్చ వలన గానీ, మానుషేచ్చ వలన గానీ పుట్టిన వారు కారు” అన్న బృందంలో మనం ఉన్నాము. కనుక తాతలు, ముత్తాతల పాపానికి మనకు సంబంధం లేదు. దావీదు రాజు బెత్షెబతో పాపం చేసినప్పుడు కుమారులను కోల్పోయిన చరిత్ర పాత నిబంధనది. కానీ సిలువ రక్తము నందు విశ్వాసము ఉంచి నమ్మి బాప్తిస్మం పొందినప్పుడు మనం కొత్త మనిషి అయిపోయాం. పాత మనిషి సమాధి చేయబడ్డాడు. వాడు వేరు, మనం వేరు.

❓ Question: Do the severe spiritual errors or idol worship of our ancestors result in trials for us today? Can our prayers help our deceased, unsaved ancestors escape hell or attain salvation?
- No Salvation After Death: Salvation is strictly a personal responsibility during one’s lifetime. Once a person passes away, their spiritual state is fixed for eternity. If prayer for the dead were effective, wealthy people could live sinful lives and simply pay large sums (like 10 lakhs) for people to pray them into heaven after death. This would contradict the biblical urgency that “Now is the day of salvation.”
- The Break in Lineage: The belief that ancestral curses follow a believer is a misconception. According to 2 Corinthians 5:17, being in Christ makes you a “New Creation.” The “old things”—including ancestral spiritual baggage—have passed away.
- Buried and Reborn: When you were baptized, your old identity and your connection to your earthly lineage’s curses were spiritually buried. Although you may physically look like your ancestors, you are spiritually a new entity. You are no longer defined by your biological bloodline but by your divine birth.
- Born of God: Your genealogy now traces back to God the Father (John 1:13). Since God is not under any curse, His children cannot be under ancestral curses. The discipline seen in the lives of Old Testament figures like David was under a different covenant. Under the Covenant of Grace, the new man is entirely separate from the old man’s history.
